The cottage is located in the small village of Žemličková Lhota, not far from Sedlčany, it is also a landscape full of forests, stones and the region of Jakub Krčín

The cottage can be used all year round.
Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a living room, a bedroom and a room with a shower and a washing machine
Upstairs there is a bathroom, shower, toilet and two triple rooms with the possibility of an extra bed.
Heating: Underfloor heating throughout the house and a fireplace in the living room.
Transportation, parking: parking on a closed lot and in a garage (remote control).
Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric stove (4 hotplates + oven), microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, dining table + chairs.
