Holiday mountain house in the heart of the western Krušné hory in the village Pernink, which is known primarily as a center of winter and summer sports. There are several large and small ski resorts and a cross - country ski area with the possibility of connecting to the Ore Mountains ski highway. Hiking and cycling trails are available for nature and hiking lovers. The village has several restaurants, shops, post office, cinema, gas station and information center.

Guests have access to all rooms in the property. The property is always rented as a whole.

Heating: Central gas heating, during long evenings evokes the right relaxing atmosphere not only in winter. Don`t worry, you really won`t freeze - the house is insulated.

The price includes the consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, gas, as well as bed linen and towels. Nevertheless, please behave ecologically and use all energy economically.

The price must be added 1.000 CZK for final cleaning and a local tax of 15 CZK / day / person (valid for persons over 18 years of age), which is intended for the municipality of Pernink.

Cancel fees:

Accommodation is paid 50 - 100% of the price when booking accommodation - cashless payment to the bank account number 1785153019/3030. The invoice has a standard maturity of 5 days. Payment of at least 50% confirms the reservation. The unpaid part of the price must be paid within 30 days before the start of the accommodation. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
