The building is a former smithy serving almost until the revolution

After a total reconstruction, the building has two residential floors and attic, stands on the very edge of a quiet village, far from noisy roads and to the nearest neighbors it is about 150 meters

The village of Nice lies in the picturesque valley of the Vltava River, surrounded by the Šumava National Park and from the other by the Military Újezd ​​Boletice

As a result, it is certain that nature lovers can no longer be closer to pure and undisturbed nature

The main goal of my efforts is not only to accommodate guests, but to offer the opportunity to actively spend your holiday in the Bohemian Forest

With everything that belongs to it, it depends only on what anyone likes

I will lend you bikes, cross -country skiing and canoe, I will think of the routes according to the difficulty, I will take you with the ships to the Vltava

I mediate unusual photography of animals and birds in the Šumava nature (close to the Bavarian national park, if the photographers failed .. ..

)

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The upper apartment is accessible from the main corridor and has its bathroom and toilet

The spacious kitchen with a sofa sofa is fully equipped with dishes, stove and microwave, fridge with freezer and spacious table with chairs

You can flood and create a romantic mood in the stove

Bedrooms for this apartment are three and have every three beds: always one double bed and a separate bed

One of these bedrooms is passable

There is one covered sitting at the fireplace in front of the house and one covered porch in front of the entrance

On the ground floor there is a second apartment with two bedrooms, one for two people and the other for three

Two more people on extra beds can be accommodated

The apartment also has its entrance, its part of the garden, its two fully equipped kitchens, living room with fireplace, two private bathrooms with toilet

It also includes a glazed terrace on the west side of the house and its own fireplace

You will not see with visitors to the upper apartment if you do not want

For all visitors there is a lockable bike warehouse and skis in the annex behind the house.

Sanitary facilities: All three bathrooms in the building are equipped with a sink, shower and toilet

A washing machine and a dryer are available in the ground floor technical room

Another fully equipped bathroom is in the sauna.

Heating: Heating is provided by central heating with a heat pump, also the possibility of heating into the fireplace stoves.

Transportation, parking: Parking is directly at the building and free.

Dining

You can cook yourself in fully equipped kitchens with stove and oven, microwave, kettle

Breakfast and dinner possibly can be reached by prior arranged order.

The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, kettle and microwave and of course the refrigerator

Price just for the upper apartment for 10 people is 20.000,-/week in season

For each other person there is a surcharge of 500 CZK.

In the lower apartment for 5 people is the price of 14.000,-/week in season or 500 CZK per person and night out of season

During the holidays and in winter the price per day min

For each other person there is a surcharge of 500 CZK.

During the holidays, if possible only weekly stays, but not a condition

Recreational fees are included in the price of accommodation.

For dogs we have a place only in the lower apartment for 150CZK/night.

Payment for electricity is according to actual consumption, price is 8CZK/kWh.
