Bedrooms and rooms: 4x double room with double beds, in two of them the possibility of an extra bed

Bedding, sheets and towels for the given number of people in each room

A wooden cot and dining chair are available free of charge.

Toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo included.

Heating: Electric heaters in the rooms and common room, wood stove in the common room, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

In the summer months, a sandpit, slide, swing, trampoline, ping-pong table, Russian skittles, table football, hanging hammock, soft tennis, badminton and more are available.

In the season July - August, four bicycles are available for free during the entire stay

If you bring your own bikes, it is possible to store them in the shed next to the house

For a binding accommodation reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price must be paid in advance by bank transfer

The additional payment for accommodation is then also made by bank transfer just before arrival

Report the issuing of an invoice for accommodation to the employer in advance

It is not possible to exhibit additionally.

The price already includes the consumption of all energy, water, wood, bed linen, towels, tea towels, jar and dish sponges, basket bags, hygiene items

In addition, for weekly stays - for adults a tasting set of schnapps, a bottle of wine from local winemakers and sweets for children

By paying the deposit, the client expresses his agreement with the contractual penalty - cancellation fee

Cancellation 30 - 21 days in advance: contractual penalty in the amount of 20% of the ordered accommodation services

Cancellation 20 – 7 days in advance: contractual penalty in the amount of 30% of the ordered accommodation services

Cancellation less than 7 days in advance and non-arrival: contractual penalty in the amount of 100% of the paid deposit

Arrival from 4 p.m., departure before 10 a.m., agreement possible
