In winter, thanks to the sloping terrain, the cottage is an ideal place for beginner skiers and for children to sled.

The upstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle with a deep tub (for bathing babies if needed), a sink and a treadmill.
Heating: The cottage is equipped with electric heating and radiators, with the possibility of additional heating with a fireplace in the main room.
Transportation, parking: The gravelled parking lot can accommodate 6 cars and is accessed via a private driveway.
The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals
The nearest eating place is the pub U Zlatého soudku in Kvasiny, 4 km away.
The main living room (45 m²) is dominated by a table for 10 people, a sofa set with a table facing the TV, radio, WiFi, fireplace stove
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, double sink, dishes, glass, electric
