Cottage Kristýnka is a detached cottage in a semi-secluded area in Olešnice in Orlické hory

The fenced cottage with a large garden (2500m2) and a pond is located in the protected landscape area of ​​the Orlické hory protected landscape area - it is therefore located in beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity of the forest

The accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from the square, where there are two restaurants, a post office, and there is also a grocery store nearby

Near the cottage (1.5 km) is the Olešnice ski resort in Orlické hory, but within driving distance there is also the Deštné ski resort or ski slopes in nearby Poland (Zielenec).

rooms and also the possibility of heating in the kitchen with a tiled stove, where there is also a heated floor

The rooms are heated via an electric boiler controlled by a room thermostat.

Transportation, parking: Asphalt access road, regularly maintained by the municipality in winter

There is a restaurant and grocery store within 300m of the cottage.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven with el

hob, kettle, toaster, nespresso capsule coffee machine), there is a television in the living room

In the garden there is a swing for children and in the summer months a trampoline and a swimming pool

There is also a bathtub that is heated by a wood stove

For the hardy, a swimming pond.

Year-round operation

For a binding reservation, we charge a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price, an additional payment for accommodation and a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is paid in cash upon arrival and handing over the cottage.

Dog fee CZK 50/day

During the winter months, a fee for wood 150,-/day

Energy consumption approx. 150-200 CZK/day

Cancellation terms:

When withdrawing from a confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the accommodation provider cancellation fees in the amount of:

a) 20% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider when the order is canceled 30-20 days before arrival.

b) 50% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider when the order is canceled 19 – 8 days before arrival.

c) 100% of the total rental price charged by the accommodation provider when the order is canceled 7-0 days before arrival.

CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND THE CLIENTS CLEAN THEMSELVES UPON DEPARTURE

- take off bed linen, sheets and clean the rooms

- clean the dishes, empty the trash cans into the bin for mixed waste and plastics (100m from the cottage)

- sweep and mop the floor

- clean the fireplace and stove (take the ashes to the fireplace in front of the cottage)
