Chalupa Kristýnka is located in the Olešnice PLA in the Orlické Mountains

The fenced land at the cottage with a large garden and a natural bathing lake is located in beautiful nature near the forest

There are two restaurants, post office, and there is also a grocery store near Olešnice

In summer ideal conditions for hiking or cycling trips, also a paradise for mushroom pickers

rooms as well as the possibility of heating in the kitchen in tiled stoves where the heated floor is

Room heating is provided through an electric boiler operated by a room thermostat.

Transportation, parking: Arrival road asphalt, in winter regularly maintained by the village

Availibility, fees, price specifications

All year round

For a binding booking, we charge a deposit of 50% of the price of accommodation, a surcharge for accommodation and a refundable deposit of 3000,- CZK is paid in cash on arrival and handover of the cottage.

Dog fee 50, -CZK/day

In the winter months the wood fee 150,-/day

Energy consumption approx. 150-200, -CZK/day

Cancel Conditions:

Upon withdrawal from the confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the cancellation fees in the amount:

a) 20% of the total price for lease charged by the landlord when the order is canceled 30-20 days before the start.

b) 50% of the total price for lease charged by the landlord when the order is canceled 19 - 8 days before boarding.

(c) 100% of the total price for lease charged by the accommodationer when the order is canceled 7 - 0 days before boarding.

Cleaning is not included and clients clean up on departure themselves

- undress the bedding, sheets and clean up the rooms

- Clean the dishes/dishwasher)

- sweep and wipe the floor if necessary

- Clean the fireplace and stoves (ash to carry on the fireplace in front of the cottage)

If you do not want to clean up after your stay, we will be happy for you for 2000, -CZK.
