The cottage is located in the small mountain village of Odranec (743 m

) with 100 inhabitants
It has been renovated and will offer you plenty of comfort
There are ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, picking berries and trips to the surrounding area
It is only a short distance to the forest (approx. 200m), there is fresh air, peace and quiet
In the winter, you can go cross-country skiing - in the vicinity there are ridden snowmobile tracks or a ski slope (the nearest is 9 km)
There is also the possibility of skating on the pond not far from the cottage
For game lovers, there is an enclosure with deer and fallow deer 200 m from the cottage.
Bedrooms and rooms: A double bedroom with a cot and a four-bed bedroom in the attic, a living room with a fireplace and BTV, an equipped kitchen (microwave oven, fridge with freezer, electric
stove, kettle, dishes...
).
Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with corner bath and shower, separate toilet.
Heating: Central heating of the entire cottage with a fireplace + FREE remote heating by radiators
Transportation, parking: Parking is right next to the object - 2 parking spaces
You can also get there by bus (stop 200m), but unfortunately not many buses come to us.
You can cook something good in the fully equipped kitchen or there are several restaurants nearby: Traditional Inn Vříšť (3km), Hotel Sněžné (5km), Nové Město na Moravě (9km), Daňkovice (8km), Maršovice (10km)
In the garden there is a pleasant place to sit in the new pergola
There is also a fireplace and a sandpit with toys for children
You can also sit on the terrace, where there is also a garden swing
You can store your bikes or skis in the locked wooden shed that is part of the cottage.

* The final cleaning is not included in the price - this is done by the lodgers themselves at the end of the stay - the cottage will be handed over in the same condition in which they took it over upon arrival
