The water in the barrel only drops a few degrees overnight, so you only need to heat it for a short time the next day

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with a fireplace connected to a fully equipped kitchen

There are 2 rooms on the first floor: 1x room with a double bed and 1x room with three single beds

There is a sofa bed in the living room (possibility of sleeping another 2 persons after agreement with the owner).

Sanitary facilities: on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a corner bath and toilet

Upstairs is a second small bathroom with toilet.

Heating: The property can be heated by a fireplace, which is located on the ground floor between the kitchen and the living room (wood included in the price of the stay) or gas heating can be used

The boiler is gas-fired.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible at the building along the fence - 2 spaces

Possibility to park in the yard (in case of favorable weather).

Self-catering - the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen

Furthermore, in Nové Hrozenkov you will find everything you need: a shop, a post office, a pharmacy, a bakery selling bread directly from the oven, a restaurant and a pizzeria.

The cottage is renovated with all equipment

There is an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, toaster, new Krups coffee machine for bean coffee and other common household equipment / including dishes, plates, cutlery and various kitchen utensils)

There is a TV and a setobox in the living room.

Christmas stays.

Price per night/property/CZK 2,400 in the winter season and price per night/property/CZK 2,000 in the off-season.

In the summer season, the property can only be rented for a whole week - price per week/property/CZK 14,000.

Hot tub - 3,000 CZK for a weekly stay (which amounts to 18 CZK/hour :) ), weekend - 2,000 CZK for 4-6 days by agreement.

The prices include a recreation fee to the village of CZK 25/person/day

A deposit of CZK 3,000 in cash is required for the cottage, which is collected at the moment of handing over the keys
