The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village, where the forests begin and only 200m from the natural swimming pool - Lake Balaton

There are ski resorts and cross-country trails in the vicinity

The surrounding nature is forests, meadows, rivers, a lake and a dam, except on weekends in the summer, no mass tourism, just peace and quiet

The new building is an all-wood real log cabin meeting the most demanding requirements for comfortable living

A stay in a log house or wooden house is desirable for lovers of nature and a natural lifestyle

A Wallachian cottage built in the style of our ancestors, using all natural materials (quality spruce and oak wood, insulation with hemp wool, coatings made of natural oils and wax) is the perfect choice for a healthy and ecological holiday.

Heating: Electric boiler and tiled stove

Transportation, parking: The driveway is maintained year-round and the parking lot has capacity for 4 vehicles.

Dining

Self-catering or delivery of meals from the nearby restaurant Lidový Dům (cash, minutes, pizza)

In the summer, there are also several kiosks by Lake Balaton with grilled specialties (trout, hamburger, neck, etc

).

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Off-season prices:

Off season: CZK 23,000 for the entire cottage/4 days/3 nights 

Off season: CZK 18,000 for the entire cottage/3 days/2 nights 

The listed prices do not include the accommodation fee to the village of CZK 25/person

/day, final cleaning 1,500 CZK (if not carried out), refundable deposit 5,000 CZK and a one-time fee for using the sauna 1,000 CZK

Accommodation prices are contractual, they do not include any insurance.

When booking, we charge a non-refundable deposit of CZK 5,000, payable within one week of booking.

It is strictly forbidden to organize bachelorette parties etc. in our wooden house
