We would like to offer you pleasant accommodation in a quiet part of the village of Nové Mlýny in the very south of Moravia

You will spend a peaceful family vacation in our newly built stylish cottage

You will relax, the children will win, everyone will find their own corner to relax

The entire object is large enough, both in the cottage and in the backyard

We always emphasize a personal approach and home environment

Chalet U Kapličky is suitable for families with children, quiet friendly meetings, corporate team building

The cottage is in the neighborhood of our two other cottages, which can be connected to each other and provide accommodation for a larger group of people (see cottage Na mlýně and cottage U čápů)

The total capacity of all cottages is 35 people

For your comfort, a hot tub with hydromassage and air massage is available during the season

A large towel is prepared for each person next to the hot tub

And since modern technologies have arrived, we also allow self-service Check-in and Check-out

Before arrival you will receive a code to access the cottage (details to be agreed before arrival)

A full wine list of carefully selected wines from our winery is prepared for guests in the cottage

Guests can also use their own outdoor pool with salt water

Parking right next to the cottage on its own plot for 4 cars

A refundable deposit of CZK 6,000 is paid in advance to the lessor's account

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: 3 separate rooms with 4 beds each (1x double bed, 2x single beds)

The rooms are not walk-through, but are accessible from the corridor.

Sanitary facilities: Guests have two bathrooms with a spacious shower and WC (1x accessible from the room and 1x accessible from the corridor) + 1x separate WC accessible from the corridor.

Heating: Warmth in the house is ensured by comfortable underfloor heating

For a more pleasant atmosphere, there is a furnace with hot air distribution to all rooms and bathrooms.

Transportation, parking: Own parking for 4 to 5 cars.

Dining

50m from the cottage there is a famous Greek bistro, 100m from the cottage a campsite with a restaurant

Cottage furnishings

Each room is equipped with a double bed and two single beds

In the spacious kitchen you will find everything you need (dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric

oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, wine cooler and ice maker)

A second refrigerator and a washing machine are available in the utility room

Of course, it is possible to rent a high chair or cot (need to book in advance)

In the dining room, you can sit at a large dining table for 12 people

The kitchen and dining room are connected to a covered outdoor terrace, where 12 people can comfortably sit

1x separate WC is used for the terrace

From the terrace there is a pleasant shaded view of the entire backyard, pool and hot tub

There are other seating options in the backyard

A saltwater pool is available to guests

Part of the backyard is a large grassy area, a relaxation area with sunbeds, a garden house for storing bicycles

An outdoor hot tub is available for guests

In late autumn, winter and early spring, the hot tub is out of service

The operator reserves the right to disconnect and dismantle the whirlpool in the event of a malfunction.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

In the summer season from June to September, the possibility of renting only the whole week Saturday - Saturday.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price

Electricity and water are paid extra according to consumption.

Recreation fee to the village is 25 CZK/person/day

Deposit when booking 50%

Cancellation of reservation without cancellation fee 60 days in advance.

50% fee 31 days in advance.

100% cancellation fee 30 days or less before arrival.

Refundable deposit CZK 6,000.

Dog fee 700 CZK weekend and 1000 CZK week.
