The cottage near Sovičky is located in a quiet part of the picturesque village of Nové Hutě, which lies 10 km from Vimperk towards Kvilda

Renting a cottage is suitable for a bunch of friends or a friendly family who want to spend together together

It is possible to take a small pet with you after prior arrangement

In good weather it is possible to sit by the fireplace and suck the amazing atmosphere of silent landscape and blazing fire

Transportation, parking: You can park in a paved parking lot or on an uninhabited land near the building

For a car travel in winter, the winter equipment of the vehicle is recommended to this area.

smaller dog 50 CZK/night (just by prior arrangement)

Local accommodation fee 12 CZK/person/night

The fee does not pay persons over 70 years, children under 18 years and ZTP.

Price includes: energy and water costs, providing bedding, cloths and towels, final cleaning

Prices may change continuously, the final price can be asked by phone

Please pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total amount per stay.

When you cancel the reservation within 2 months before the start, the deposit is returned in full

When the reservation is canceled within 1 month before the start, 50% of the advance is returned.

If the reservation is canceled less than a month, the deposit is not refundable.
