The spacious recreational cottage is located in the middle of the picturesque Šumava nature on the outskirts of Nové Hutě

The semi -coat on which Bok's cottage is found will be especially appreciated by a closed company

Farmented families with children, ski training, cycling course or athletes for fitness training, active holidays with children, the possibility of organizing various creative courses, educational stays, dating weekends etc.

At the cottage is large, slightly sloping meadow (in winter suitable for sledding or bob), outdoor terrace, fireplace, sandpit, swings with slide, trampoline

You can rent the hips' cottage

We will provide you with daily imports of fresh bread of your choice from the Vacov bakery and the operation of the facility of the building

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the cottage is a large common room with a television and children's corner

The common room is followed by a fully equipped kitchen and food store

You can also find 2x toilets

Upstairs are 8 rooms: 5x 4L, 2x 2L and 1x 6l, 4x toilet and 4x shower

Of which 6l and one 4L room have a private bathroom with toilet, others use toilets and showers on the floor (ladies and men)

There are carpets in all the rooms and in the hallway, the ground floor is tiles

I do not provide Loan bedding and towels !!!

Heating: The owner takes care of heating and hot water.

Transportation, parking: Bok's cottage is well accessible all year round, with its own parking lot with sufficient capacity

Bicycle and skis storage is also available.

Dining

In the village of Nové Hutě there is a smaller shop to replenish supplies and several restaurants

If you need a larger purchase, the city is Vimperk nearby.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerators (3 x), microwave, el

and gas stove, 2 x electric kettle, dishes, dishwasher and washing machine

There is a food store next to the kitchen

In the common room with TV and fireplace stoves you will find plenty of space for your entertainment, games and rest

For children we have prepared a children's corner and outdoor playground

Wi - Fi we provide free internet connection.
