Cottage Mezi Kopci

It was not difficult to come up with a name for the cottage, as it is located in a semi-secluded area just before the entrance to the village of Malá Morávka

It is surrounded by hills with meadows and forests, so we decided on the name Chalupa Mezi Kopci

The house and the whole place has a long history, which began as early as 1900, when the house was built, originally as a German farmhouse

The cottage was bought by the current owners in 2020 and a complete reconstruction took place here, as the original condition of the building was unsatisfactory

We offer an apartment for rent for up to 10 people with all the necessary equipment

We were enchanted by this place and we hope that it will leave the same feelings in you

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Kitchen: There is a fully equipped kitchen in which there is: hot air oven with grill, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, large table for 6 people and all the necessary dishes

Living room: For spending time together, we have prepared a spacious living room with a large folding sofa from which you can watch a 55-inch Samsung smart TV connected to Wi-Fi

In the living room there is also a smaller dining table for four and a thermostat for temperature regulation

First bedroom for four: The first of the bedrooms is located right at the entrance to the apartment

This bedroom sleeps four with a King size double bed, a bunk bed and plenty of storage space

Second bedroom for four: The second of the bedrooms is located behind the kitchen

This bedroom is also designed for four people with a King size double bed, a bunk bed and plenty of storage space.

Bedroom for two: The last of the bedrooms is designed for two people

This is a smaller, cosily furnished room with a Queen size double bed and a chest of drawers to store your personal belongings.

Sanitary facilities: There is also a spacious bathroom, which is divided into three parts

At the entrance to the bathroom, you see a spacious sink with a cabinet and a large mirror in front of you

On the left and right side there are two identical bathrooms, which have a toilet, a shower and a bathroom heating ladder.

Heating: Electric heating - thermostat for temperature control.

Transportation, parking: Parking spaces in front of the house

We also have a garden with a pergola ready for you, where there is seating for 10 people

There is also a grill, deckchairs, a trampoline and a swing

We can also offer you the use of a private wellness area with a Finnish sauna

Part of the wellness area is also a rest room with deckchairs, seating, shower and toilet.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

To the price must be added the energy consumption that the guest had during his stay (energy price is CZK 6 per 1 kWh) and a fee to the municipality (CZK 20 per adult per night).

PETS: ONLY SMALL BREEDS ALLOWED BY ARRANGEMENT WITH THE OWNER.

When booking, we ask for a refundable deposit:

- Standard reservation - 5000 CZK.

- In the case of a reservation with a pet - 7500 CZK.

- In the case of a New Year's Eve stay - CZK 10,000.
