Guests have access to a common room with a TV, a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen
The outdoor covered terrace is perfect for doing nothing
On hot summer days, a stylish cellar with a constant temperature is used to cool down
An indoor heated saltwater pool and an outdoor solar shower are also available to all guests
The cottage is located approx. 2 km from the village of Nečín, where there is a shop and a restaurant
There are a number of flooded quarries in the vicinity where natural swimming is possible, including the most famous one in Hřiměždice, where the Highjump is held.
Bedrooms and rooms: The house provides accommodation for up to 14 people in three separate units
Room 1 with double bed and single bed, TV, equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with shower and toilet
Room 2 with double bed, TV in one part and 2 bunk beds and a single bed in the other, TV, private bathroom with shower and toilet
Room 3 with double bed, TV in one part and 2 single beds, TV in the other part (baby cot available) with private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Sanitary facilities: Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet
In rooms 1 and 3, the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
Heating: The entire building is heated by underfloor heating
In the common room and in room 1, it is possible to use a fireplace stove.
Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the house.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with the possibility of cooking
The shop is located in the village of Nečín, 2 km away, as is the restaurant
The shopping center is then in Dobříš, approx. 12 km away.
