The dominant feature of our Búda is the brick terrace, from which there is a unique view of Mutěnice

In the summer months, you can watch a beautiful sunset here with a glass of good wine and prepare a juicy steak on the grill in the garden kitchen

There is also a smokehouse where you can smoke meat from the renowned neighboring butcher shop in Hovorany

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Our shed is stylishly equipped and offers you luxurious accommodation for up to 11 people (for comfort and enough space for everyone, we recommend a capacity of 9 people

) in 3 rooms:

Double bed + bunk bed with 3 beds

With a bunk bed, the upper bed is limited by the lower ceiling

2 = 4 beds

Double bed + bunk bed, where the upper bed is also limited by the lowered ceiling

3 = Room with a double bed and French doors to the garden

Sanitary facilities: In our shed there are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 x separate toilet with sink

Quality towels, bath towels and a hairdryer are available.

Heating: Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating throughout the building.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the building is possible for the necessary time of unloading/loading things due to the narrow alleys between the cellars

Parking is reserved in the parking lot next to the amphitheater (350m) or next to the local pub by the playground (190m)

Parking is free.

You can use our fully equipped kitchen or visit excellent nearby restaurants

U Urbana restaurant or Mutěnka restaurant.

The kitchen is fully equipped, quality kitchen appliances are available

All crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster, fridge with small freezer, electric

oven, hob, hand mixer

The dining table and furniture is made of solid wood

You will also find coffee and a selection of teas here

Part of the accommodation is a cellar, which is freely accessible, where you can offer and taste wines from local winemakers

The dominant outdoor terrace already mentioned is a popular place to hang out with friends

Benches and tables made of solid wood, original lights and chandeliers are made to order to reflect the style as much as possible

In the garden kitchen you will find grilling utensils, gloves, foil

You can also use the grill and smokehouse, for which the designated utensils are also available

Coal can be purchased

For cyclists, it is possible to store bicycles behind the house (11 bicycle racks)

PRICE FOR THE WEEKEND = RENTAL PRICE OF THE OBJECT 12,000 NOK

The listed prices include cleaning, but ENERGY is deducted from the refundable deposit of CZK 8/kwh

Deposit of 50% of the price of the stay.

Cancellation conditions - In case of cancellation more than 21 days before the accommodation, 1/2 of the deposit paid for the reservation will be returned

In case of cancellation in less than 21 days, the deposit will NOT be returned!
