The cottage is of the "former company cottage" type, it has basic, functional and useful equipment

It is suitable for larger groups of both adults and several families with children, as well as for sports teams, schools, camps and all those who want to spend time in a nice location in the mountains at a reasonable price

Today, the Ore Mountains have beautiful nature with young trees, meadows, bogs and heaths - all in the immediate vicinity of the cottage

The advantage is that this place has not yet been discovered by many tourists, so if you don't like crowds in the Giant Mountains or Šumava, come and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: A total of 10 rooms (2-5 beds) with a total of 34 full beds and 10 extra beds (roll-out beds, extended bunk beds, mattresses) and 7 other possible beds in the common room on sofa beds without bedding.

Sanitary facilities: Common for all rooms, divided into men and women, each 2x shower and 2x WC and 3x sink, on the ground floor 1x WC, 1x shower and 1x sink in addition

So a total of 5 toilets.

Heating: Central with an automatic pellet boiler, the dining room and the common room are heated by a fireplace.

Transportation, parking: Asphalt access road to the property, maintained even in winter, parking for approx. 10 cars in front of the cottage

The bus from Teplice stops almost in front of the cottage

Train less than 2 km Moldavian roller coaster.

Kitchen for the possibility of self-cooking, restaurant next door 20m (we recommend ordering in advance).

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Bed linen, energy and water consumption are included in the price.

Year-round operation, spring holidays only weekly stays Saturday-Saturday, summer holidays only weekly stays Sunday-Sunday.

Extended weekend for 3 nights +5000 CZK.

50% deposit when booking, if the reservation is canceled more than 3 months in advance, the deposit is returned in full, if canceled 1-2 months in advance, the cancellation is 25%, less than 1 month, 50% of the total price of the stay.

Deposit of CZK 5,000 upon arrival to cover any damages.
