Our cozy, newly renovated cottage U Studánky is located in a quiet location near the signposts of hiking and cycling routes in the heart of the Ore Mountains

150 m from the cottage runs the Krušnohorská ski highway, 300 m from the cottage is the ski resort Bouřňák

The cottage is rented as a whole in 5 completely renovated rooms, maximum occupancy 15 people

On the ground floor there is a large common room with a stylish fireplace with heat distribution throughout the building, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with sanitary facilities and an infrared sauna, which will provide you with rest and relaxation after all-day trips or sports activities

On the first floor, there are three triple rooms and two bathrooms with sanitary facilities

There is a pleasant seating area in the corridor

On the second floor there are two rooms, one with four beds and one with two beds

In summer, there is an outdoor children's playground, a grill with a fireplace and a terrace

Parking for guests in a private parking lot in front of the cottage - guarded

The premises are suitable for family gatherings, accommodation with children, groups of friends or company parties.

Transportation, parking: The building includes a parking lot for 8 cars, which is guarded by a camera system

The cottage is located near road 382, ​​towards the Moldava border crossing

It is maintained during the winter months.

Shop: 5 km Moldava

Restaurant: 200 m Hotel Ján, 1.2 km Bouda Bystřická

Upon agreement, the possibility of grilling meat and other refreshments (catering) and provision of a keg of beer.

The host accepts reservations by phone or e-mail

The reservation becomes binding upon payment of a reservation deposit of 50% of the total amount for the stay or confirmation by the accommodation provider

CANCELED

Cancellation fees only apply to confirmed bookings

The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order, not from the amount of the advance payment

1) The client can cancel by e-mail or by phone

2) Cancellation of the stay more than 60 days before the start of the stay - no cancellation fee

3) Cancellation of the stay 60 - 10 days before the start of the stay - cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay

4) Cancellation of the stay up to 10 days before the start of the stay - cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay

If the client does not occupy the pre-ordered capacity within 24 hours of the reserved stay, the accommodation provider charges a cancellation fee of 100% of the order price and cancels the stay

ADDITIONAL TERMS

In case of cancellation of a reservation for which an advance payment has already been made and according to the cancellation conditions the amount of the advance paid is higher than the cancellation itself, the accommodation provider returns the amount exceeding the cancellation

50% additional payment of the total price of the stay - to the lessor's account 7 days before arrival

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 to the lessor's account 7 days before arrival (the deposit will be returned after the end of the stay and handover of the property in good condition)

Recreational and municipal tax CZK 5 per person/night (children under 18 free), accommodation fee CZK 5 per person/night

Payment after the end of the stay to the account of the accommodation provider.
