Our cozy, newly reconstructed cottage near Studánka is located in a quiet location at the signposts of hiking and cycling routes in the heart of the Ore Mountains

150 m from the cottage passes through the Ore Mountains ski highway, 300 m from the cottage is the ski resort Stránák

The cottage is rented as a whole in completely renovated 5 rooms, maximum occupancy of 15 persons

On the ground floor there is a large common room with a stylish fireplace with heat distribution to the whole building, a full -fledged kitchen, bathroom with bathroom and infrared sauna, which will give you rest and relax after all -day trips or sports

Three triple rooms and two bathrooms with bathroom with sanitary facilities are available on the first floor

A pleasant sitting can be used in the corridor

There are two rooms on the second floor, one four -bed and one double

In summer, the use of an outdoor playground, a grill with a fireplace and a terrace

Reservation and cancellation conditions

The reservation becomes a binding payment of the reservation deposit 50 % of the total amount for stay or confirm

Cancellation

Cancel fees only apply to confirmed reservations

Cancel fee is calculated from the total amount of order, not from the advance payment

1) Cancel can be done by the client e -mail or by phone

2) Cancel of stay more than 60 days before the start of your stay - without cancellation fee

3) Cancellation 60 - 10 days before starting stay - cancellation fee of 50 % of the total price of stay

4) Cancellation within 10 days before starting stay - cancellation fee of 100 % of the total price of stay

If the client does not occupy a pre -ordered capacity within 24 hours of a reserved stay, the accurate charges the cancellation fee of 100 % of the order and stays abolished

Other conditions

In case of cancellation of the reservation, which has already been made advance payment and according to the cancellation of the conditions the amount paid is higher than the cancellation itself, the accommodationer returns the amount exceeding the cancellation

50% surcharge of the total price of stay - to the landlord's account 7 days before boarding

Other fees

Refundable deposit of 3000,- CZK to the landlord's account 7 days before the entry (deposit will be returned back after the stay and handover of the building in proper condition)

Recreational and city fee 5,- CZK person / night (children under 18 years free), fee for accommodation 5,- CZK person / night

Payment after the stay on the accommodation account.
