Bedrooms and rooms: Accommodation offers an entrance hall, 1 bedroom with double bed and residential kitchen with 2 beds, from which you enter the bathroom with toilet

All rooms are on the ground floor.

Sanitary facilities: The stylish bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine

Hygienic supplies and towels are available.

Heating: Heating is provided by central underfloor heating, and there is also an electric heating ladder in the bathroom.

Transportation, parking: Parking is free on a quiet road or on the village square.

Local shop, open even at the weekend, is on the adjacent village square

In the second part of the house is an apartment of owners who will only be present there when handing over the accommodation.

Weekly stays start on Saturday, weekend on Friday, long weekend on Thursday.

Arrival: 15:00 - 22:00 hrs,

Departure: Weekly stays: 8:00 - 11:00, weekend stays: 8:00 - 17:00.

Prices are for renting the whole building incl.

Energy, bed linen, towels, hygienic supplies and cleaning.

The deposit for accommodation of 50% of the price is payable within 7 days of the written order.

The price does not include a local fee of CZK 21 per adult and night.

Upon arrival, the landlord pays a refundable deposit of 3000 CZK

The tenant takes full material responsibility for damage to the interior, exterior and equipment of the cottage

Cancellation conditions: within 40 calendar days before arrival - free cancellation, within 30 days before arrival - 50% advance, less than 30 days before arrival - irreversible deposit.

The lessee is obliged to observe the night peace and refrain from disproportionate noise throughout the day.

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
