We offer for rent a stylish, spacious cottage, its equipment is especially suitable for families with children

But we also welcome groups of friends

The cottage is located in a quiet location in the Orlické Mountains, on the outskirts of the village of Vlčkovice - Mladkov

Near the Pastviny dam and ski - leisure areas Dolní Morava, Červená Voda, Čenkovice Buková hora and České Petrovice

In the summer there is the possibility of cycling, hiking, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing and other activities

In winter, there are excellent conditions for tobogganing, skiing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing in the vicinity of the building

We offer free rental of complete children's equipment for skis, sleds (1x) and bobsleighs (2x).

The above-standard facility offers accommodation for up to 15 people in 4 bedrooms and is suitable for families with children

There are cots (2x), dining chairs (3x), a game room and table football

There is underfloor heating on the ground floor of the building

Around the cottage is a large fenced garden with a children's playground and its own parking lot

A grill is available outside, which can be used throughout the year (except winter depending on the current weather)

For childrenI: in the garden there is a large trampoline, swings, a children's playground and a circular pool with a diameter of 4 m and a depth of 1.2 m

The pool is completely covered and solar collectors and a heat pump are installed to heat the water (the pool is available from June to the end of September, depending on the current weather)

There is a large terrace by the pool, sunbeds and a parasol are available.

There are 2 children's travel cots with mattresses (duvet, pillow and sheets must be brought).

Large bathroom on the 1st floor with bathtub, bidet, toilet, changing table for children, iron, ironing board

Smaller bathroom on the ground floor with shower, toilet and washing machine

2 potties are available for small children.

Heating: The building is heated by a fireplace with warm air distribution to all rooms

And also electric heaters in every room, floor heating on the ground floor.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the cottage on a fenced plot for 6 cars.

On the ground floor, an infrared sauna, an outdoor terrace with a grill right next to the cottage (the grill can be used in spring, summer and autumn, it is winterized in winter)

Outside there is a covered swimming pool heated by a solar collector and a heat pump (in operation from June to the end of September - depending on the weather).

- final cleaning (can be ordered for a fee of CZK 1,099)

- bedding (possible to arrange 130 CZK/person stay)

On the day of accommodation, a refundable deposit is required on the spot: CZK 10,000 (the electricity used is deducted from the deposit after the end of the stay

Reservation of stay - the reservation is valid after payment of 50% of the price of the stay to the lessor's account

- by paying the deposit, you agree to the cancellation conditions.

- the surcharge is paid 21 days before arrival by transfer to the lessor's account

- we recommend taking out cancellation insurance due to illness

Cancellation terms:

In case of cancellation of the booked stay, the lessor has the right to charge cancellation fees:

Up to 51 days before arrival, 10% of the total amount for accommodation

50-31 days before arrival 20% of the total amount for accommodation

30-15 days before arrival 50% of the total amount for accommodation

14-8 days before arrival 80% of the total amount for accommodation

7-0 days before arrival 100% of the total amount for accommodation

We recommend that you consider cancellation insurance with your insurance company (it covers 80% of cancellation fees due to illness).
