The renovated wooden cottage, fully equipped with furniture in a minimalistic spirit, is located in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, in the valley between the villages of Mladějov and Loveč

Bedrooms and rooms: There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor
A blue bedroom with 5 beds, a walk-through burgundy bedroom with a double bed and a red bedroom again with 5 beds
On the second floor - attic - two bedrooms, one of which is walk-through with 3 and 2 beds
All rooms are equipped with a chest of drawers, a table and rattan armchairs
Most of the ground floor is occupied by a spacious living room with a pool table and air hockey
The living room is connected to the kitchen with two dining tables.
Sanitary facilities: Two separate toilets with sinks (on each floor), bathroom with shower and two sinks on the ground floor, attic bathroom with bathtub and sink on the first floor.
Heating: The entire building is heated by a gas boiler controlled via a thermostat
To create coziness, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room
In the bathroom on the ground floor there is a radiator ladder with an electric thermostat for summer use.
Transportation, parking: You can reach the property by car both in the summer and in the winter months
About four cars can be parked at the cottage
There is a bus (315 m) and a train (488 m) stop in Mladějov.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen
There is a general store and two restaurants in Mladějov, approx. 315 m from the cottage
In the summer season, it is possible to use the restaurant belonging to the camp approx. 50 m.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for up to 17 people, a dishwasher, two refrigerators with a freezer, an electric stove with an oven, a kettle, a microwave oven, a lever coffee machine without a grinder, a toaster, a sandwich maker and a hand mixer
The combination of two kitchen tables provides enough space and variability
In the living room there is a fireplace, color TV and DVD and a game table for POOL and AIR - HOCKEY
Two spacious chests of drawers, coffee tables, corner sofa and rattan armchair
There is a shoe rack in the hall and a closet with a clothes dryer and cleaning supplies in the hallway
Upon agreement, we will prepare a cot, a dining chair, a toilet seat and a bathtub for bathing
A garage is accessible for storing bikes/skis
