The house is fully renovated and comfortably equipped, you will not miss anything during your stay

Plenty of space and privacy inside and out, even though the house is part of a small farm where we keep two ponies and a couple of sheep and live in the main building, we don't have to meet all week if you don't want to

Heating: Underfloor heating throughout the house

Heating even in the winter months is included in the price by the owner from the technical room (you will not be disturbed).

Transportation, parking: Good paved driveway and parking lot with enough space for several cars, accessible all year round.

YEAR-ROUND OPERATION, accommodation for a week or weekend, or stays of several days (price on request)

Weekend stays all year round except for the main summer season.

PRICES ARE FINAL - THE PRICE INCLUDES HEATING, ELECTRICITY, WATER, INTERNET, BEDDING.

ACCOMMODATION FEES are payable only by adults aged 18-70 (except for persons with a ZTP) and according to the local ordinance in the amount of CZK 20 / person / night

You pay the fee in cash on the spot.

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay must be paid to the account and the additional payment no later than the week of arrival so that everything is properly paid before the start of the stay

We prefer payment on account, but upon agreement it is also possible to pay the additional payment in cash on the day of arrival.

Refundable deposit in cash on the day of arrival CZK 3,500.

We do not provide towels, toilet towels and tea towels are available

Cleaning and washing products, trash bags and toilet paper are also available upon arrival, which guests replenish themselves during their stay.

We will hand over the house to you clean and with the beds made, we ask you to keep it tidy and clean and to carry out basic cleaning when you hand it back.
