We offer you the opportunity to rent a cottage in Marenice in the beautiful surroundings of the Lusatian Mountains

The cottage offers accommodation for up to 24 people! The cottage is located in a secluded area about 1 km from the village of Mařenice

At your disposal is a large garden with outdoor covered seating, a fireplace and a children's playground

Suitable for cycling parties and families with children.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: We provide accommodation for 24 people in five equipped rooms:

There is also a common room with an equipped kitchen in the cottage.

Sanitary facilities: Three bathrooms with shower and sink, three toilets.

Heating: The stoves in the common room and in the rooms are direct heaters.

Transportation, parking: Parking is available.

Induction hob, hob, oven 2x, large fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and small fridge upstairs

One week in the main season (June - September): CZK 34,000

One week in low season: (April and May, October and November) CZK 30,000

Weekend in season: summer: CZK 18,000, winter: CZK 19,000

New Year's Eve 2024/2025 - CZK 36,000

What is included in the price and what is not: Chalupa Mařenice - Lužické hory

The price in the case of renting the entire cottage includes all costs:

- 7 x accommodation for the required number of people

The price does not include:

- accommodation fee CZK 15/bed/day

- refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 when the entire cottage is occupied

- fee for final cleaning, if the client does not do it himself (CZK 2,000/cottage)

In the case of invoicing, VAT is charged

The fee for a dog is CZK 100/day

Renting a cottage for a wedding is possible, but for a higher fee, depending on the size.

Payment terms:

For a binding reservation, a 50% deposit is paid by bank transfer

The supplement is paid 14 days before the planned arrival

Cancellation fees:

• in case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer within 30 days before the planned arrival, the accommodation provider undertakes not to demand any cancellation fee from the customer

• if the customer cancels the reservation within 30 to 15 days before the planned arrival, the accommodation provider is entitled to demand from the customer a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the reserved accommodation services

• if the customer cancels the reservation within 14 days before the planned arrival, the accommodation provider is entitled to demand a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the reserved accommodation services from the customer
