The cottage is built in the middle of a vast natural area, which is bounded on one side by the Morava River and on the other by a forest

Around the entire cottage is a spacious meadow with a well-kept lawn, suitable for relaxation, sports or sitting by the large fireplace in the summer, and for sledding and bobsledding in the winter

There is a large covered terrace with a stone grill and massive tables for up to 20 people

The cottage includes a stylish wellness area with a Finnish sauna including sound system, an experience shower, a rest room and a well-stocked wine cellar with a pleasant seating area

The area includes a children's sandbox with climbing frames and a rope center (parents can comfortably supervise their children from a shaded platform with sunbeds and hammocks), a "Pohodarium" on the river bank, a bird house and a small farm with its own sheep

An ideal place for families with children and for all those who like romantic stays with a touch of old times and in peaceful nature yet with the comfort of modern times.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The cottage provides accommodation for 12 people in three stylish apartments for 4 people (+ possibility of cots)

The apartments consist of a living room with a tiled fireplace, a kitchenette and a dining table, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, prepared towels, bath towels and toiletries, WC.

Heating: Individual apartments are heated by electric heating

For greater temperature comfort and a pleasant atmosphere, it is possible to heat in a fireplace-tiled stove (chopped wood and chips prepared in the apartments).

Transportation, parking: The object is available all year round

We regularly maintain the driveway and parking lot for 5 vehicles in the winter for your trouble-free arrival.

Dining

Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenettes directly in the apartments or you can use the restaurant in the vicinity of the cottage.
