Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: 1) larger bedroom for max

5 people, including 1x double bed (180x200cm) and 3x single bed (90x200cm)

2) smaller bedroom for max

4 people, including 1x double bed (160x200cm), 1x single bed (90x200cm) and 1x pull-out extra bed (up to 50kg)

3) plus in the common room on the ground floor there is the option of 2 extra beds - a sofa that can be folded into a double bed.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with sink, brick shower and toilet

Hot water is provided by a 120 liter boiler

A washing machine is available in the bathroom.

Heating: The entire building is heated by an automatic pellet boiler

An electric stove is also available in the common room.

Transportation, parking: The access road is municipal, partially paved, and covered in winter

Parking by the house on a grassy area, capacity for 2 - 3 cars.

Dining

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering

The water in the building is not potable, it can only be used after it has been thoroughly boiled

For small children and sensitive people, you need to bring bottled water

For regular shopping, there is COOP Jednota in the village, approx. 450m away along the sidewalk

If you don't feel like cooking, you can visit the nearby restaurants Santov, Vsacký Cáb and others around the Bystřička dam.

Cottage furnishings

The brick storey cottage with an area of ​​100m² has an interior furnished in a modern spirit and is equipped with an emphasis on comfortable and practical operation

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a staircase to the upper floor (it has a steeper slope! ), a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen, a pantry and a spacious common room with a balcony

In the hall there are hangers and shoe racks for storing outerwear and outdoor shoes

The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances: dishwasher, convection oven with grill, fridge, freezer, glass ceramic hob

Also electric kettle, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, steam extractor

Here you will find all the usual dishes and utensils

The common room is equipped with a large dining table with chairs, a coffee table, a sofa bed (it has a full size mattress and can be used as an extra bed) and a TV (it does not have regular channels available, only for movies)

There is also an electric stove for additional heating and a pleasant evening atmosphere

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a separate space for a home office

It is equipped with a desk, a chair, a router with the possibility of a fixed connection

Wellness and other facilities:

Rental conditions

Stays are offered year-round, the minimum rental length is 2 nights

In the summer season we only offer weekly stays, outside the summer season we offer weekly or weekend stays

We always offer dates on New Year's Eve, Christmas and Easter as a whole for a fixed price

The price for each additional night is CZK 3,000.

Weekly stays always start with arrival on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. and end with departure the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

The price is set for the entire building with occupancy of max

Children under 3 years old without the right to a bed are not included in the capacity of the cottage

Deposit for a harmless stay of CZK 3,000, this is paid upon arrival and will be returned to your account after a complete inspection of the property (i.e.

it doesn't have to be at the moment of departure!).

The entire facility is strictly non-smoking, animals are not allowed (not even small breed dogs).

Notice for guests for the 2022 season: the cottage is currently awaiting reconstruction of the facade, the revitalization of the garden and outbuildings is also gradually underway

It is therefore necessary to take into account the reduced aesthetic quality of the exteriors, it does not affect the accommodation itself

Renovation work never takes place during guests' stay!

The accommodation price does not include items:

energy - we bill according to your actual consumption, the rate is CZK 10/kWh

fuel - you only pay for how much you actually burn, the price of a bag of pellets is 255/15 kg

Average winter consumption of approx. 1.5 bags/day.

final cleaning of buildings and garden in the amount of NOK 2,500 - you do not pay if you hand it over in the same tidy condition as when you received it :)

local fee to the village - is CZK 16 per person/day

Payment Terms

After ordering the selected stay, a deposit of 50% must be paid within three working days

The date is bindingly reserved for you after the amount has been credited to our account

The remaining 50% of the price must be paid so that the amount is credited to the account 25 days before the start of the stay

If your stay starts in less than 25 days from the order and in the case of a last minute stay, the entire amount must be paid to make a reservation

We will send you the payment details when confirming the order.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation must be canceled in writing to the lessor's email, exclusively by the person who submitted it

The date of delivery of the written statement is considered the moment of withdrawal

Cancellation of the reservation more than 60 days before the date of stay - the deposit is fully refundable

Cancellation of the reservation 60-30 days before the date of stay - 50% of the deposit will be returned

Cancellation of the reservation 30-14 days before the date of stay - 25% of the deposit will be returned

Cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before the date of stay - the deposit is non-refundable
