The farm house is located on the outskirts of Lutová in the Třeboňsko PLA

Lutova is considered one of the oldest villages in the Třeboň region

Since 1990 the village has been included among the village conservation zones

The cottage for rent provides accommodation in three apartments for 1 to 24 persons

With an outdoor terrace, grill, a fireplace for roasting and sitting

Near the apartments is an ornamental garden with a pond, playground (swings, sandpit, slide) and lockable bike room

To rent is the right part of the cottage

Each apartment has its own entrance.

Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment number 1 provides accommodation for 1 - 10 persons in three bedrooms + 1 extra bed

Six -bed bedroom, 2 x bedroom double and extra bed in the kitchen

Apartment number 2 is intended for 1 - 4 persons

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink + toilet

Apartment number 3 is a maisonette newly reconstructed apartment, designed for 1 - 10 persons

1 x bedroom quadruple, 1x bedroom double, 1x bedroom double (place door hinge) + two beds in the attic located next to the bedroom with curtain.

The amount is always for the entire apartment, no matter the number of persons

New Year's Eve stays (apartment no.1, apartment no.2, apartment no.3)

After booking, we require payment of 50% advance from the total price - or by agreement

When canceling the deadline, the deposit is irreversible !!! Upon arrival, the customer pays a total amount of CZK 5,000 for the apartment 1 +3, apartment no.2 deposit of 3 000,- CZK in case of damage to the equipment

The deposit returns on departure if the object is handed over in order

Otherwise, 2 000,- CZK for cleaning will be deducted from the deposit
