The holiday cottage consists of two apartments (each with 12 beds and 6 extra beds)
The brand new cottage is situated on a flat plot in a village development, with a view of the mountains and the forest

In the summer season, a swimming pool with a diameter of 3 m is available for each apartment, a trampoline, children's climbing frames in the garden, a sandpit.
Bedrooms and rooms: In each apartment, 4 spacious bedrooms (each with a capacity of up to 18 people) in each apartment, full-size beds 90 cm wide made of solid wood with slatted slats, new mattresses and bedding

There are several restaurants in the village, of which the nearest one is approx. 200 m away and offers hot meals (lunch, dinner), where you can order half-board, buffet or catering (Pension Oáza).

The fee for using the hot tub is CZK 4,000 per week + consumed energy
If you are interested in a jacuzzi and the second apartment will be occupied by a foreign group, the price is NOK 2,500 + energy consumption for 3 days
In this case, you will have the hot tub to yourself for 3 days and the other group for another 3 days
The hot tub is washed, disinfected and filled with new water after each group
The fee for using the sauna is 3,000 CZK per week + consumed energy
If you are interested in a sauna and the second apartment is occupied by a foreign group, the price is NOK 2,000 + energy consumption for 3 days
In this case, you will have the sauna to yourself for 3 days and the other group for the next 3 days
The sauna is washed and disinfected after each group.

The price and capacity are given for one apartment, if interested, both apartments can be rented; in that case, the capacity of the entire building is 18+18 beds, the price is doubled
Fees: actual electricity consumption covered by the deposit 10,000 CZK in winter, 5,000 CZK in summer (We are forced to change energy suppliers, we assume a consumption of approx. 4,000 CZK per week in winter, 700 in summer); recreation fees CZK 30/adult/night.
A small dog costs CZK 300 per stay, a larger dog costs CZK 500 per stay.
You don't have to worry about cleaning, we'll clean the cottage ourselves :-) We don't charge anything for the final cleaning, we like it to be cleaned to your satisfaction for your holiday
Don't forget your bedding
If you are interested in bed linen, we charge an extra charge of CZK 150 for a set, CZK 220 for a set with towels
