Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cottage is available all year round

•Rental for a larger number of people, or for a shorter/longer period, can be agreed individually

•The price of heat (gas) and electricity is charged at 50% against actual consumption

•Water and spa fees already included in the price

•CZK 2,000 deposit for a one-week stay

During a weekend stay, a deposit of CZK 1,000

After the end of the stay, energy consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

•No smoking inside the cottage, yes outside

•Stay with animals possible by arrangement

Up to two animals CZK 50/animal/day

Each additional (third or more) 100 CZK/animal/day

•Person over capacity 300 CZK/night

• Deposit of 30% of the price when ordering

New Year's Eve 50%

• When canceling a stay by 1

months before the due date, the deposit is returned in full.
