A stylish renovated half-timbered house in a semi-secluded location, hidden in a quiet settlement at the foot of the Kramolína hill, on the side of the center of Lipno nad Vltavou, yet within walking distance of the Kramolín ski area - the Lipenská cable car, which is part of the ski area, is 1000m away from the cottage and can be easily passed through the forest at the back by any car, or you can easily reach it on foot with skis on your shoulder, you can always go down the hill there half way in good conditions and then back to the cottage

In the attic, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 fold-out double beds, a bathroom and a toilet

There is a baby cot and a children's dining chair, a folding clothes dryer, a hair dryer, board games...

Sanitary facilities: 2x bathroom with shower and 2x WC, including one separate WC on the ground floor and a separate bathroom with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Heating: Hot water heating of the entire building with remote control

Transportation, parking: Possibility of parking in front of the cottage in the municipal parking space for four cars, but without guarantee of places or space directly on our private lockable fenced plot for two cars

The resort fee to the village is included in the price

CONDITIONS OF STAY: STAY IS POSSIBLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION ONLY FOR THE WHOLE WEEK SUNDAY - SUNDAY

Check-in SUNDAY 15.00-17.00, Check-out SUNDAY until 10.00

Change is possible exceptionally by agreement.

A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is always required and must be paid together with the additional payment for the stay.

Summer season: 1.6.- 15.9

We do NOT offer off-season or winter stays! We currently only offer weekly rotation stays, the exception of a shorter stay is only by arrangement as Last Minute, for a canceled date

RESERVATION FEE: it is 30% of the total price of the stay and is payable within five working days from the confirmed binding reservation

The additional payment for the stay and the refundable security deposit must be deposited into the lessor's account no later than 10 days before arrival

The refundable security deposit will be returned to the account in full within two working days if the process is without damage.

CANCELLATION FEES: Cancellation of the stay more than 21 days before the date is free of charge and the deposit will be returned to the account in full

Less than 21 days before the date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the price of the stay, i.e. the reservation deposit made is non-refundable, the rest of the price of the stay and the deposit, if they have already been paid to the account, will be returned in full

Exchange of an unsatisfactory, already paid stay for another date is possible after agreement, depending on the current occupancy

DOG/CAT - Unfortunately, since it is not possible to effectively ensure that the animal does not mark inside and outside, where there are for example wooden garden elements, after bad experiences with the stay of dominant animals, who have to mark their territory, especially when they smell other smells of predecessors, ants lying on a sofa or in bed, or individuals suffering from separation anxiety, etc., although we really like animals and we also have a kennel, but I had to withdraw from accommodating guests with dogs and cats for these reasons
