The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Horní Chobolice, which lies at the foot of the mountain Sedlo (726 m a.s.l.

) in the wonderful environment of the PLA České středohoří

The family house is adjacent to a vineyard, not far from the Chobolice ponds and near the forest

The building underwent a complete renovation in 2022, including both the interiors and the large outdoor garden

It is an ideal place to relax and a perfect base for excursions in the surrounding area

HAUS 44 is offered mainly for families with children and for lovers of hiking, cycling, nature, monuments and good wine, which is produced directly by our winery

The surroundings of the cottage consist of a large fenced grass field, 2 gazebos with a smokehouse and a grill, and a 6x3 m swimming pool

The land is completely fenced and you do not share it with anyone else

In the vicinity of the Ploskovice castle, the historic town of Úštěk, the Chmelař lake, the Helfenburk castle, the national nature museum Zubrnice, the city of Litoměřice.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Haus 44 – Enclosed and paved yard offers space for up to 2 private vehicles

From the yard you enter the house and/or the upper and lower gardens (both also fenced)

Ground floor: The cottage is entered through a small corridor into the living area with a tiled stove, a large sofa and satellite TV

There is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a spacious closet

Another room on the ground floor is a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows to the private mature garden

A small staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub

The children's room then offers 4 places on two comfortable sofa beds

Ground floor: A spiral staircase leads to the loft area, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV

The room is complemented by a private balcony overlooking the vineyard.

Sanitary facilities: Two bathrooms on the ground floor: the first with a toilet and a shower and a washing machine

The second one with a bath and toilet.

Heating: Heat pump and fireplace stove.

Transportation, parking: Parking directly next to the building in a fenced parking lot for 2 cars, in front of the house for another 1 car.

Dining

In our village, we run a common room, which we use for breakfast and tastings of our wines and local specialties

At the same time, we also offer the option of ordering Czech cuisine.

In the garden there are also 2 gazebos, a fireplace, a grill and a sunken pool 6x3 m

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Everything is included in the price: especially bed linen, towels, wood for heating, municipal fees.

Those staying pay only CZK 150/day for electricity and CZK 700 for final cleaning.

A binding reservation deposit of 50% of the price to a bank account is required within 5 working days of the reservation

Payment information will be sent to you by e-mail.

After receiving the amount, we will confirm the reservation by e-mail as binding

The additional payment is due no later than 30 calendar days before the start date.

Upon arrival, the guest pays a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000

Weekly shift from Saturday to Saturday.

Pets by arrangement, price CZK 50/day.

Cancel fees:

60 days or more - 0% full deposit will be returned

30 - 60 days - 50% of the accommodation price

15 - 29 days - 75% of the accommodation price

0 - 14 days - 100% of the accommodation price
