In front of the entrance to the cottage, an outdoor kitchen with a brick grill and smokehouse and outdoor seating is built under a pergola
Right next to it is an illuminated bubbling hot tub / hot tub for approx. 8 people
In the hot tub, they heat themselves with wood

Bedrooms and rooms: From the corridor you can go to both the rooms and the bathroom
The back room has three bunks, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a solid fuel stove
The front sitting room is equipped with a walk-through kitchen (stove, microwave oven, kettle, sink), dining area, airport, 2 x couches and a solid fuel tiled stove.
Sanitary facilities: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine, a toilet, a direct heater, a boiler with 100 liters of hot water, a sink with a mirror
On the wall is a beautiful mosaic with the motif of a tree with a family of birds.
Heating: Heating is wood in the stove + electric direct heater.
Transportation, parking: It is possible to reach the cottage comfortably by car both in winter and in summer.
Equipped kitchen (own cooking), restaurants and shops in: Skuteč (approx. 5 minutes) or Hlinsko (approx. 15 minutes).
Outside: Pergola with brick barbecue, smokehouse and outdoor seating

The building can only be rented as a whole and is in operation all year round, and weekend stays are also possible.
It is possible to rent for the weekend only outside the summer and winter seasons.
The price for a weekend stay or other than a weekly stay is 4,500/- per night / the entire building.
The deposit is 50% in advance to the account as a deposit + additional payment of 50% upon arrival, or as agreed
Cancellation fee = deposit or as agreed.
A refundable deposit of NOK 5,000 is payable in cash upon arrival.
The fee for a dog is 500,- 1 stay/1 dog.
The price includes a fee for water and electricity, parking, so you don't have to pay anything else!
Handing over and taking over the object can be done individually, but the standard handover is at 15:00 and take over by 10:00.
