The cottage is located in the village of Zátoň u Lenora, in the heart of the Šumava Protected Area, just 2 km below the Boubín Forest

The building consists of two identically equipped apartments with separate entrances and separate parts of the garden

Ideal for families with children and friends who want to be together but have their privacy

The location is suitable for walking and cycling trips, in the summer for mushroom picking and swimming in the Warm Vltava

In winter, the cross-country trails and the nearby Mitterdorf ski resort (19 km) will delight you with high-quality terrain even for more skilled skiers

From the terraces there is a view of the romantic Teplá Vltava valley, there is a fireplace, a playground and a place to rest in the garden.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Total capacity: 16 beds + 2-3 extra beds + 2 cots

Each apartment:

GROUND FLOOR – hallway, bathroom (bath + shower), separate toilet, bedroom (2L + 1L) with access to the terrace,

kitchen with dining area (fully equipped) and living room with fireplace and TV;

ATTIC – 2 bedrooms (2L + 1L + extra bed, 2× 1L) + WC

Each apartment has its own terrace seating and fireplace

Common: children's playground, ping-pong, trampoline, sandpit, grill, lawn for games, petanque

A cot, high chair, potty, toys, games and books are available for children

Wi-Fi throughout the building, parking at the cottage (covered and free spaces).

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom on the ground floor (shower, bathtub, sink, hairdryer) and a separate toilet, and another toilet on the first floor

A washing machine is available in apartment A.

Heating: fireplace stove, central heating, electric direct heaters

Transportation, parking: Covered parking for 2 cars + other spaces along the building

Arrival from Vimperk direction Strážný – Horní Vltavice – Lenora – Zátoň

In the village of Zátoň, about 800 m from the beginning of the village, turn left (between two orange reflectors) onto the local road up the hill; at the end of the road (second house on the left) is the building's parking lot.

In the village of Lenora (2 km) U Grobiána restaurant - food delivery Mon-Fri, weekend tasting events.

KITCHEN: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, microwave, automatic bean coffee maker, complete crockery and basic ingredients (salt, sugar, spices, teas)
