Availibility, fees, price specifications

The cleaning fee is CZK 2,500/12 persons, each additional person CZK 150 extra per stay

The stated price of accommodation is for 12 people, each additional person pays an additional fee of CZK 350/person/day, July and August only for the whole week

on local fees, the new generally binding ordinance of the city of Přímdy No. 1/2019 on the local residence fee entered into force, which replaces the generally binding ordinance no.

The fee rate is CZK 10 for each started day of stay, with the exception of children under 15 years of age

The building is in operation all year round, for a binding reservation a deposit of 50% is required, if the reservation for weekend stays is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed with the owner, the refundable deposit for the building is CZK 5,000

In the case of cancellation of a binding reservation in the summer months, a loss fee is charged in the amount of the entire deposit, CZK - from the paid reservation, with the fact that this fee can be returned if the booker secures another tenant, or if the landlord manages to occupy this date

The additional payment for accommodation is always 14 days before the start of the accommodation, unless the accommodation provider states otherwise
