Year-round operation

Possibility of accommodation in the off-season and for long weekends

New Year's Eve, Christmas and Easter stays - by agreement.

During the spring, summer and autumn holidays, we prefer weekly stays.

The price is for the entire object

Payment of 50% in advance after confirmation of the reservation, additional payment in cash upon arrival

In addition to accommodation, the price includes prepared bed linen, towels, tablets for the dishwasher, a jar, soap, and wood for the fireplace.

Price does not include :

consumed electricity

energy (will be billed according to actual consumption in the amount of CZK 10/1 kWh),

fee to the village CZK 30/1 person/1 day - for people over 18 years old,

A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 will be collected upon arrival.

The capacity of the building is max. 14 people, including children

Each additional person can only be accommodated by agreement with the landlord

Pets are not allowed.

The usual boarding time is 4 pm on the day of arrival and departure no later than 10 am - the last day (unless otherwise agreed).
