The cottage is located in Kunčice, in a beautiful environment at the foot of the Jeseníky and Rychlebské Mountains
The village of Kunčice and its surroundings offers a very picturesque and quiet environment with the possibilities of a wide versatile sporting and tourist activities
The cottage will captivate you with its beautiful atmosphere and authenticity of the former style of living
The owners of the cottage together with their family participated in the construction largely by their own work
They tried to build the building as much as possible to an ancient rustic style and at the same time the requirements of modern housing

The cottage is divided into front and back
Both parts are connected by a corridor to which the porch is entered
The EL is located in the corridor
Refrigerator with freezer, entrance to separate toilet and other entrance to the bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet
From the corridor, the back of the building is left and the right to the front.
Bedrooms and rooms: Front of the building: floor - 9 beds: 1 room 2 bed bedroom (double bed), 2 room 3 bed bedroom (double bed and separate bed) and 3 room 4 bed bedroom with BTV (double bed and two separate beds), available is a baby cot
Back of the building: floor - 8 beds: 1 room 4 bed bedroom (2x double bed), 2 room 4 bed bedroom (double bed and baby bunk bed, in the corridor is a separate toilet with sink and washing machine
Attic - common room, playroom.
Heating: Tiled stoves and fireplace connected to central heating, in the central room with fireplace is also underfloor heating.
Transportation, parking: Parking at the cottage.

Deposit (return deposit) is 5 000,- CZK
From this deposit, the amount for your EL consumed will be deducted at the end of the rental
Energy and possibly the amount for damage to the equipment of the building, the remaining part of the deposit is returned
Reservation payment at ordering is 50% of the price of stay, the surcharge will be paid to the account 3 weeks before starting stay
A recreational fee to the municipality is 40 CZK/day/person over 18 years of age
Dog allowed, middle race, spike

On departure the customer will clean the entire cottage
