Come and relax in the cottage from 1863, which is located on the edge of Krásná Lípa

Krásná Lípa is located on the border of the České Švýcarsko National Park of the Lužické Mountains and the Labské Pískovce PLA

A few steps uphill will separate you from endless meadows and forests

After a few kilometers by car or by bike, you will encounter countless magical places and views of Czech Switzerland

Tourists, cyclists, cross-country skiers and actually - everyone will be delighted by the high forest cover and at the same time minimal population :)

Cottage Tulipánka is not isolated, but in the peaceful outskirts of Krásná Lípa

You therefore have the option to go shopping on foot, go for a draft beer in a local pub, or to the Falkenštejn brewery right on the Krásné Lípy square :)

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: There are two bedrooms in the upper part of the cottage

One bedroom is for three people and the other for 5 people

Furthermore, in the upper spacious and very cozy corridor with a window, there is a comfortable fold-out bed for two people

In the lower part of the cottage lies the living room, with cast-iron stones, which, of course, you light only to fine-tune the perfect atmosphere

The heat of the entire cottage is provided by central gas heating, which we will set up for you remotely before your arrival

You will arrive in a beautifully warm cottage :)

Next to the living room you will find the kitchen

Through the back door you enter the spacious garden, where there is garden seating under a parasol or in the shade of mature apple trees

There is a garden grill and a fireplace

You can also enter the spacious cellar directly from the garden, where you can comfortably store up to 10 bikes or skis.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, two sinks and a toilet

There is another separate toilet next to the bathroom.

Heating: The heat of the entire cottage is provided by central gas heating, which we will set up for you remotely before your arrival

Dining

Kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mixer and enough dishes.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The listed prices are for renting the entire building.

The price of the stay includes: accommodation, cleaning, bed linen, towels, dishwasher tablets, basic cleaning and hygiene products

The price does not include: city fee 15/person per day and actual energy consumption.

The stay reservation is made after paying a deposit of 50% of the rental price

The remaining 50% of the price of the stay must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival

Cancellation of the stay with the return of the deposit is possible up to 3 months before the date of the stay

A refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is required upon check-in

The deposit payment can only be made in cash.
