Two cozy log cabins next to each other lie directly at the foot of the highest point of the western part of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands - the 715 m high Melechov hill

Beautiful, very comfortably furnished log cabins with a luxurious interior are located in a quiet environment at the end of the village of Kouty near Ledče nad Sázavou, behind the premises of the company KOVO LEDEČ, on the border of the nature park formed by Koutecký potok, outside the built-up area of ​​the village, in direct contact with nature

Our log cabins are ideal for spending a peaceful, relaxing holiday with the possibility of hiking and cycling

(Cycling and hiking routes are practically within walking distance :-))

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: In each log cabin, we provide accommodation for 1 to 8 people in 4 bedrooms

Upstairs you will find 3 separate double rooms

A cot is also available

On the ground floor there is a common room with a TV and a tiled stove, a large dining table, a bedroom with a double bed.

Sanitary facilities: Upstairs there is a separate toilet, a large bathroom with a stylish bathtub and shower

Separate toilet in the basement.

Heating: Electric boiler

You can also warm up in a tiled stove.

Transportation, parking: Parking is right next to the log cabins.

Self-catering, in a fully equipped kitchen

You can use the restaurant of Hotel Kouty (2.5 km), Mahler Penzion Kaliště (12 km), restaurant Na Vršku Horní Paseka (3 km), restaurant in Ledč nad Sázavou (8 km) and for dessert, coffee or an excellent pancake we recommend Kavárna Forge in Ledč nad Sázavou (8 km).

In each log house there is a common room with a TV and a tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, ..

), large dining table, WiFi connection

There is also a sauna (in the Anička log), a whirlpool (in the Růženka log), a children's corner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The listed prices are for the entire log house with full occupancy of 8 people, in 4 bedrooms.

In case of partial occupancy, individual prices are available on request.

We rent two log cabins next to each other

It is possible to rent both log cabins together or just one.

• We provide accommodation all year round.

• We prefer weekly stays.

- The standard accommodation week is from Saturday to Saturday.

- Check in from 3:00 p.m., check out until 10:00 a.m

- A different start or end of stay time is possible by agreement.

• Minimum stay of 2 nights.

During the holidays (July and August) only weekly stays, or a shortened stay until Saturday.

The accommodation price does not include:

recreation fee - 15 CZK/day/person from 18 years old

• electricity consumption – payment according to actual consumption (6 CZK / kWh)

• A refundable deposit of CZK 6,000 is required on the day of arrival - this deposit can be used to pay for electricity consumption at the end of the stay.

Free:

• bedding, towels and washcloths, toilet paper, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dish sponge, kitchen towels, dish soap, water, wood, sauna, jacuzzi, final cleaning.

• parking by the log cabin, WiFi connection, baby cot.

The rental of our log cabins is pet-free, smoking is strictly prohibited in the log cabins.

We collect an advance payment for accommodation in the amount of 50% of the total price in advance to the account

The additional payment will be paid in cash on the day of check-in.

Cancellation terms

- 2 months before the start of the stay, we will return 100% of the deposit

- 1 month before the start of the stay, we will return 50% of the deposit

- 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable
