Roubenky Annaberg is located near the Kouty ski area (approx. 500m), transport to the slopes is provided free of charge by SkiBus

The area is fenced and allows safe parking of cars in its own parking lot

In winter, we have a lighted mini ski area for winter sports right on the premises.

There is a toilet in every bathroom

Comfortable bathroom equipment including electric floor heating, independent electric heating to heat the bathroom even in summer and stools for small children

Hot water is heated by solar collectors in the summer.

Heating: The buildings are heated by a gas condensing boiler in combination with a wood-burning fireplace

DHW is heated by solar collectors in the summer and then reheated by a gas boiler

The supply of hot water is 460 l per object

Transportation, parking: Availability is excellent both in summer and winter

Parking in the own parking lot in the area for 8 cars, another 3 parking spaces in front of the area on the own land

The parking lot is maintained, lit and locked in winter.

The log cabins are equipped to a high standard in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven with a glass - ceramic plate, and a microwave.

It is possible to connect to the Internet via WiFi in the building and outside, watch 2x SkyLink SAT TV with a full range of channels, use the Finnish sauna, swim in the solar-heated outdoor pool and relax in the 5-person hot tub

For children, we have a children's playground with a slide, a sandbox, a carousel and a real stone climbing wall

For older children, electronic darts, petanque balls, benbinton, home cinema...

Guests can also rent a CHARIOT bicycle cart for one child, a SALEWA back carrier, sunbeds, a grill, sleds and bobsleds

Upon agreement, it is possible to wash clothes in an automatic washing machine (R2).
