We offer for rent a newly built and above-standard equipped half-timbered cottage with a beautiful well-kept garden and its own wellness (quality Finnish sauna with the possibility of natural cooling in the river and a hydromassage whirlpool for 6 people)

Seating on the outdoor terrace and the possibility of grilling are a matter of course

Roubenka is located in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains in a quiet location 500m from the Kouty nad Desnou ski area (it is possible to order a free SKI - BUS that will take you from the cottage to the slope and back), 10km from the spa town of Velké Losiny, where there is a newly built thermal swimming pool

The river Hučivá Desná flows behind the log cabin, its constant noise will help you relax and recharge your energy here

During your stay, you can also use the "fresh bread directly to the door" service - according to the order form, you can order the bread you are interested in by phone at the bakery, and the next day around 7 am the baker will deliver it directly to your door at wholesale prices!

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor of the building there is a common room with a large tiled stove, a kitchen with satellite TV and a large seating area, a ski storage room with a shoe dryer and a washing machine, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and the option of natural cooling in the river, a jacuzzi for 6 people on the terrace, 2x toilets and a shower

Each room has a smart TV with internet connection.

Sanitary facilities: In total, there are 4 toilets and three showers in the building.

Heating: Electric underfloor heating installed in the entire cottage, or the entire cottage can be heated with a tiled stove.

Transportation, parking: Parking right next to the building, access via a maintained road

Possibility to store bikes, skis and other things in a lockable shed.

Dining

Strava owns or has a large number of restaurants nearby, the nearest in the Kouty ski area (500m, in operation even in summer).

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen has all the usual equipment (oven and microwave oven, large American fridge with freezer, large dishwasher, induction hob, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, contact grill (toaster), as well as commonly used dishes and kitchen equipment

There is also an outdoor fireplace with the possibility of grilling, and there is a year-round gas grill on the terrace

There is a tap outside during the summer (possibility of own keg of beer or can be purchased at a nearby store)

Availibility, fees, price specifications

During the season, only weekly stays are possible, always from Saturday to Saturday.

Short-term stays 1-3 nights CZK 22,000/stay, extension CZK 3,000/night.

Hot tub rental possible for an additional charge of CZK 3,000/stay

Refundable deposit of CZK 10,000 to cover any damages.

The price of the stay includes bed linen, towels, wood for heating in the stove, sponges for dishes, jar, tablets for the dishwasher.

Electricity is paid separately according to consumption.

For a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay must be paid.
