The newly renovated guesthouse for 12 people is located in the heart of Jeseníky in the valley of the river Desná in the village of Kouty nad Desnou

Its advantage is its location right next to the new "Kouty Ski Area" - 50 m

In the winter, you will come to the house on skis, in the summer you can use the cable car for hiking, cycling or a tour of the Dlouhé Stráně pumped hydroelectric power station

The main idea when furnishing the interior was to make the guests feel comfortable

Smoking is prohibited throughout the house

Garden: The garden includes a large pergola with seating and a fireplace, covered parking for 3 cars, a lockable bicycle shed and ski storage

In the summer, children can use the trampoline, children's playground with slide and sandbox, skittles.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Basement: heated room for ski boots and clothes (separate entrance)

Ground floor: bedroom and common room with terrace, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, stove, baking tray, dishes), dining room including high chair, children's corner, sanitary facilities

First floor: cozy 3 bedrooms, 1 smaller room with one bed, bathroom

The total number of beds is 12, a cot is available

Individual rooms are equipped with TV - SAT

Description of the rooms:

Ground floor – bedroom with 4 beds - bunk bed and 2 single beds

First floor - 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom + 1 bed,

1 room with 2 single beds, 1 smaller room with 1 bed.

Sanitary facilities: Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor

Bathroom with toilet upstairs.

Heating: Central heating.

Transportation, parking: There is a bus stop near the house, the railway station is 250 m away

Access by car is also possible in winter (maintained road), number of covered parking spaces - 3, or

in the garden.

Dining

Fast food, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a buffet can be used throughout the day in the modern facility of the Kouty Ski Area - 50 m

Shop in the village.

Baby cots are available, individual rooms are equipped with TV - SAT

Common room - equipped with small board games and toys for children

Children and adults alike can play a large table football

Kitchen - dishwasher, large fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine (Cremesso Cafe capsules available), electric

kettle, remoska, stick blender, basic equipment

A free-standing wine shop with a diverse and interesting offer

There is a heated room for ski boots in the house

In the garden there is a covered parking lot, a ski storage room, a pergola with seating and a fireplace, a children's corner, skittles, a trampoline, a lockable bike shed (children's scooters, bobsleighs, sleds with backrests for smaller ones are available).

- winter season 5,000 CZK from 3 nights, 5,500 up to 2 nights

- summer season 5,000 CZK from 3 nights, 5,500 up to 2 nights

- low season 4,600 CZK from 3 nights, 5,000 up to 2 nights

- New Year's Eve and Christmas 6,000 CZK / 1 day

- with a smaller number of occupations, the price can be negotiated

- refundable deposit of CZK 2,000

- the price includes fees for utilities and bedding

- the price does not include the municipality fee (adults CZK 21, children and students CZK 6)
