5 separate rooms:

Ground floor: 1x double room with double bed, 1x triple room with double bed

Floor: 2x triple room with a double bed, wooden cot for the smallest + portable cot, 1x spacious playroom including five beds, TV, board games, game table (mini pool, foosball, etc.), toys, TV, PlayStation 3, etc.

2x WC and bathroom:

2x separate WC, 1x bathroom - shower, washing machine and dryer, 1x bathroom - shower and corner bathtub

Ski room and bike room:

Space for food storage, large refrigerator, ski boot heater, clothes dryer, basic tools, compressor

Outdoor part:

Spacious pergola with large grill, fireplace, children's playground - trampoline, slide, sandpit, toys, parking for 4 cars.

Sanitary facilities: There are two separate toilets and two bathrooms in the cottage KOUTY 43

The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub and a shower

The bathroom on the first floor has a shower, washing machine and dryer.

Heating: Central heating of the entire building and the ski room.

Transportation, parking: Convenient private parking right in the fenced building

Parking for 4 - 5 cars.

Dining

There are pizzerias and restaurants within 150 m.

Booking conditions

Payments and reservations:

The reservation fee is 30% of the price of the stay

The reservation is only binding after full payment of the deposit

The additional payment for accommodation is due no later than 14 days before the start date of the stay

A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is payable together with the additional payment for accommodation

The deposit is returned after handing over the object without any damage or disorder

The deposit is returned to the account

All payments are made through a bank account

The price includes:

Usual consumption of energy and water, bed linen, towels, hygiene and toilet supplies, hairdryer, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, clothes dryer, we do not charge a cleaning fee (1,500) if you leave the accommodation clean upon departure, lockable heated bicycle shed /ski room with ski boot heater, private parking for four cars directly in the building, high-speed internet, satellite, gas for outdoor grill, indoor and outdoor games, etc.

Price does not include:

fee to the municipality: CZK 21 / person / day (applies to persons over 18)

Cancel fees:

When canceling a stay of less than 10 days

before arrival, the fee is 100% of the price of the stay (the deposit is returned in full).

When canceling a stay of more than 11 days

before arrival, the fee is 50% of the price of the stay (the deposit is returned in full).

When canceling a stay of more than 30 days

before arrival free of charge.

Handing over the object

Arrival: from 16:30 to 19:30

Departure: before 10:00

Pet:

For an additional charge of CZK 150 / pet / night

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building!

Cleaning:

We do not charge a cleaning fee (1,500) if you leave the accommodation clean upon departure!
