The cottage is located in a quiet, picturesque valley near the popular Kouty ski area

Thanks to its location in the Jeseníky Nature Reserve, it offers beautiful mountain nature, clean air and the certainty of perfect relaxation

A mountain stream flows through the property, which feeds the refreshing pool and thus completes the wonderful atmosphere of this place

You can enjoy our wild strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

The clear mountain river Hučivá Desná flows next to the property, which is the dream come true of all hardy people

Kouty nad Desnou is a popular sports and tourism center all year round, as well as a place for holidays for all age groups

The capacity of the cottage is 10 - 12 people

We also now offer the Praděd cottage for rent, which is approx. 50m away.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a ski storage room with a washing machine, a toilet with a sink (including a children's cutting board), a luxurious bathroom

There is also a common room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table with a bench, a new set of sofas, a table, a TV and a fireplace

On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms - 2x bedrooms with a double bed, 2x bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, 1x cot

WC with sink

In the attic there is a children's room 3x9m for your children to enjoy + 2x extra bed

All beds have new orthopedic mattresses with 7 sleeping zones.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom - spacious shower, 2 sinks, infrared sauna, heating ladder

2x separate toilet with sink, towels.

Heating: Heating is solved in two ways

The first is a wood-burning fireplace with hot air distribution to all rooms of the cottage, the second is floor heating throughout the ground floor and electric direct heaters on the 1st floor.

Transportation, parking: The cottage can be easily reached by car - 4 parking spaces.

Dining

There are many restaurants in the village, the nearest one approx. 500m away

Worth noting is the stylish Ski restaurant, the Galerie pizzeria, the pleasant Hospůdka na Jedno (rums from all over the world), the Heik inn, the Tančírna cafe, etc.
