It lies in the middle of well-maintained meadows in a semi-secluded area in the village of Koníkov in Žďárské vrchy

Parking is possible at the cottage on the paved driveway for 3 passenger vehicles.
In the cottage there is the possibility of self-cooking in a fully equipped kitchen

The building is only in operation during the summer holidays 30/6/31/8/2024 The minimum length of stay is 6 nights starting on Saturday.
The price for the property, CZK 27,000 per week, includes cleaning, bed linen, towels and the consumption of electricity and water
The resort fee to the village is included in the price.
The price includes electricity consumption, including heating the sauna twice per stay
Sauna several times per stay costs CZK 100 for one start of the sauna for 3 hours.
A deposit of CZK 9,000 is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation fees according to the number of days before the start of the agreed term:

14 to 29 days in advance - 50% of the deposit
0 to 13 days in advance - 90% of the deposit
We collect a refundable deposit of 3,000 in cash on the day of arrival.
