In the event of violation of this rule we are forced to clean the cleaning of the normal cleaning (in most cases we have to prepare the building within a few hours, often at the weekend)

The prices are complete, at the end of the stay, only real electricity consumption is paid for 8,- /kWh
A 50% deposit for the services provided is required when ordering.
The second half is paid to the account 1 month before the date of stay.
The deposit is refundable in the amount:
75% when notifying min
90 days before the date of arrival
50% when notifying min
46 days before date of arrival
0% when notification 45 or less days before the date of arrival
