Towels are not included, after agreement can be lent.
Sanitary facilities: Sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor, one toilet is separate, the other in the bathroom, in the bathroom has a double -bolt and bathtub.
Heating: Fully automatic pellet boiler with 300 l hot water - in the price of rental
For guests everything is prepared in advance, filled - without the need to check or fill the hopper
The boiler is located in the basement of the house.
Transportation, parking: Parking on the land of the building, 2 x outside in front of the house, 1 x in the garage
In the garage space for storing bicycles, prams, skis, etc.
Eating your own, can be prepared in equipped kitchen
Possibility of shopping directly in the center of Kašperské Mountains or in hypermarkets in Sušice (15 km)

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with shoes and hangers, bathroom, staircase to the attic and connected kitchen with dining table and living room
At the dining table there are 8 chairs, in the living part of the leather seat for 8 people, on the TV wall with the possibility of filming sideways, in the room thermostat to control heating
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a sufficient amount of dishes for 9 people

From the living area there is a door to the terrace with sitting, there is a fireplace with a barbecue stone in the garden, wood is available to the guests.
