The cottage from the 19th century, which was completely renovated in 2021 and 2022, is in the center of the village of Josefův Důl - Dolní Maxov

On the ground floor there is an apartment for 4 people, with its own kitchen and bathroom, which can also be rented by agreement with the owner.

There is one double bed in the room.

It includes a toilet, shower, sink.

Heating: The heating is handled centrally, the bathrooms have underfloor heating

There is a heated shoe dryer in the hallway.

The cottage has its own parking lot for 5 cars.

When making a binding reservation, the guest will be issued a 50% advance invoice, which must be paid within 15 days of receipt

If the guest does not pay the invoice, the reservation will be canceled after this date

40 days before arrival, the guest will receive a surcharge invoice, which must be paid within 10 days

If the surcharge invoice is not paid, the stay will be canceled with regard to the cancellation conditions:

Cancel fees:

0% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled more than 60 calendar days before the beginning of the lease.

50% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 59-30 calendar days before the beginning of the lease.

80% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 29 – 10 calendar days before the start of the rent.

100% of the paid rent if the reservation is canceled 9 or less calendar days before the start of the rent.
