Chalupa near Kubrta is a half -timbered cottage in the beautiful environment of Josef Mine in the Jizera Mountains, at an altitude of 650 m
The cottage is after a complete reconstruction and offers comfortable accommodation for 16 people, ideal for four families or a bunch of friends
Around the cottage is a large grassy land with parking directly at the cottage
It has an ideal location with beautiful views, hiking, cycling (300 m from the destination of Nova Author Cup) and skiing
Operation is year -round, no pets and with a ban on smoking throughout the building
The arrangement of the building includes on the ground floor - entrance porch, corridor with staircase, living room (with fireplace stoves, sofa, dining area and two other beds), kitchen (fully equipped), two bathrooms (toilet, washbasin, shower) and floor - four bedrooms and toilets.
Bedrooms and rooms: Four bedrooms are located upstairs, all quadruple.
Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there are two separate bathrooms, equipped with toilet, sink, shower
In one of them is the washing machine
Upstairs is a toilet with a sink.
Heating: The heating of the building is provided by electric heaters and in the living room there is the possibility of heating in the stove.
Transportation, parking: Year -round availability on asphalt road, in winter every day stretched by plow, to the cottage

The kitchen is fully equipped for the possibility of eating - stove with oven, MV oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hood, kettle, tap with cooling (both bumper on the Keg barrels)
Outside it is possible to grill on a portable grill or in a fireplace.
