The holiday cottage is located in the protected landscape area of the Jizera Mountains in the village of Josefův Důl at an altitude of 650 m above sea level with a beautiful view of the surroundings

The layout of the building includes on the ground floor a leeward space with a place to store skis, a corridor with a staircase, a common room with a dining area, a fireplace and a folding sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom in the attic
1st bedroom - 1x double bed 2nd bedroom - 3x single beds, 3rd bedroom - 3x single beds

The building also includes an underground technical floor where there is a table tennis table and where bikes can be stored.
Sanitary facilities: Ground floor - bathroom with shower, sink and toilet including underfloor heating

Heating: The building is heated by electricity

The fireplace is designed exclusively for wood and wood briquettes

Transportation, parking: Year-round access to the cottage is ensured via an asphalt road with parking right next to the property
This is a secondary road (stretched every day in winter) which is only used for access to recreational facilities
A paved area made of grass-covered concrete paving is now used for parking near the building.

There is a supermarket and several restaurants in the village.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: fridge with freezer 265 and 9O l, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, stove with ceramic hob and all dishes and accessories
LED TV, outdoor portable grill, table tennis, fire pit, outdoor wooden seating
A second TV is installed in the attic with the possibility of playing movies via USB.
