The Buchťák pond is only 2.5 km away along a very little-frequented road

From us you can easily reach Teplicko - Adršpašské rocks, Jestřebí mountains, Broumovské walls, Polish table mountains, Krkonoše mountains

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: Bonanza offers accommodation for 8 - 9 people (8 full-size beds + 1 extra bed) in a total of 3 rooms, two double rooms, one four-bed room with the possibility of an extra bed, a kitchenette with a seating area and TV, a common room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate WC.

Sanitary facilities: Bathroom with shower and toilet, one separate toilet.

Heating: Fireplace stove (wood included in the rental price)

There is a fireplace in the common room.

Transportation, parking: Access via paved driveway

There is parking for 6 cars right next to the building.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The summer season is during the main holidays and the special price is for New Year's Eve and Christmas

In the summer season, only weekly stays starting on Saturdays are provided

Check-in is always at the earliest at 2 p.m. on the agreed day, the cottage is vacated by 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed

Discount for own bed linen 50/person/stay.

Price for the entire cottage per week:

Summer season: 15,000

Outside the summer season: NOK 12,000

Outside the summer season, it is possible to arrange a stay of less than a week, price for the entire cottage:

1 – 2 nights: 4,000 NOK

Each additional night: 2,000 NOK

Accommodation for three people: this is also possible, by agreement, outside the summer season, holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve, and you will have the entire cottage to yourself

The price is 600/person/night.

Deposit payable at the time of reservation - For weekly stays 5,000 NOK For stays shorter than a week 1/3 of the price of the stay.

Deposit refund:

Cancellation of the reservation 30 days before the start of the stay 100%

Cancellation of the reservation 10 - 29 days before the start of the stay 50%

Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the stay 0%

Refundable deposit (payable upon arrival) CZK 2,000

It doesn't always work and something can get damaged

The deposit would then be used for these accidents, or you can use it to cover energy consumption.

Energy: Energy is billed according to actual consumption: - electricity according to the tariff - currently 6 CZK/kWh

Pets: Unfortunately, the cottage is not suitable for pets

However, the stay of really small animals would be possible after prior agreement.

Cleaning: Before handing over the cottage, please do a basic cleaning, sweep (or vacuum), take out the baskets, remove the bed linen.

The local fee for staying in the village of Jívka is CZK 10 per adult per day.
