Cottage Na Mlýně

Whether it's hot or cold, it's always good at Mlýn! The newly renovated Chalupa Na Mlýně is located in a quiet part of Nové Losiná, which is part of the village of Jindřichov on the edge of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area and provides accommodation for 16 people

The cottage is located approximately in the center of the village, and its land and privacy are ensured by the Novolosinský Stream, which flows around the cottage and separates it from the driveway.

Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: The three-storey Chalupa Na Mlýně has a spacious kitchen on the ground floor, which is connected to a common room

Also on the ground floor there are sanitary facilities, a sauna and a corridor

On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms, sanitary facilities and a bathroom with a shower

In the attic there is a large room with seven beds.

Sanitary facilities: There are several communal facilities throughout the building, i.e. individual rooms do not have toilets or showers

On the ground floor you will find: one toilet, one shower in the sauna area

On the first floor there is: One separate toilet, Toilet in the bathroom, Spacious shower in the bathroom, two sinks in the bathroom.

Heating: Heating of the entire cottage is provided by central heating with radiators with control head in individual rooms, heated floor

A wood-burning stove is an excellent resource in the common room.

Transportation, parking: Parking is possible directly in front of the building on municipal land.

Dining

Meals in the building are only possible through self-cooking, the nearest restaurant is about 1 km away, the nearest grocery store about 2 km away.

There is an equipped kitchen, common room, sauna, outdoor covered sitting area.

Chalupa Na Mlýn is open all year round

The deposit is usually 50% of the total accommodation price paid in the form of a Deposit Invoice by bank transfer, the additional payment is then paid on the spot against the receipt.

Local fees and energy consumption are not included in the price
