Accommodation in the Cottage

Bedrooms and rooms: One room with a double bed, one room with three beds - both in the attic

On the ground floor there is a large living room connected to the kitchen.

Sanitary facilities: Separate bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet.

Heating: Heating is possible either by fireplace stoves with hot air distribution, electric direct heaters or gas heating (karma) or their combination.

Transportation, parking: By car - parking in a closed yard (2 spaces), by bus to the Jilem or Studená stop and 2 km on foot

By train to Stojčín station - 6 km.

Dining

In the village "Jilemská hospůdka" with a seasonal offer of services, shops and restaurants 2km in Studená.

Cottage furnishings

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen unit incl

dishes, electric stove with ceramic hob and multifunction oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, dripper, toaster, toaster dining table with four chairs

The living area is equipped with a sofa set, television (basic digital broadcast programs), with tiled stove, sideboard and storage cabinet

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and an electric boiler for heating domestic water

In the attic there is a large, wood-paneled room with 3 beds, a chest of drawers, an armchair and a table

The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed

There is a chest of drawers and a wardrobe in the hallway, allowing clothes to be stored on hangers

Bedding and towels are a matter of course

In summer it is possible to dine on the terrace, which is next to the entrance

It is equipped with garden furniture

If you want to grill, it is possible to rent a portable grill - a barrel or, by agreement, use the outdoor fireplace.

For a binding order, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required - additional payment at the latest upon arrival at the cottage and final billing at the end of the stay

In case of cancellation of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable

Water consumption is included in the price

The price does not include energy consumption /electricity, gas, wood/ - billing according to actual consumption on site.
